Catch-all Emails
Do you need to make a catch-all email account? What is a catch-all mailbox?
A catch-all email mailbox receives messages sent to inactive addresses under the exact same domain name. For example, an email sent to the misspelled suport@domain.com will be delivered to support@domain.com if the catch-all feature has been enabled for the latter. In this way, you can get email messages from friends or clients who may have sent a message to your email address with a spelling error or to an obsolete one, which they may still have, but you have already disabled. Just one single mailbox per domain name can be a catch-all one and email forwarding cannot be activated for such a mailbox. The latter is due to the fact that at a certain moment you may begin receiving spam emails in the catch-all mailbox and the forwarding limitation means that the spam will not be redirected to a 3rd-party mailbox.

Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
You will be able to create a catch-all mailbox with ease in case you have a
cloud hosting account with us. The Email Manager in our custom-developed Hepsia Control Panel is fully featured, yet surprisingly simple to work with, and it will allow you to activate different features, including the catch-all one, with only a couple of clicks of the mouse. All the mailboxes that you’ve set up will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and next to each of them you will find a tiny "Catch-all" symbol. Clicking it once will activate this option, clicking it for a second time will disable it. Since you can have just one such mailbox per domain, our system will inform you if you already have another one with this feature enabled or if you have enabled email forwarding.

Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be created with a few clicks in case you have a
semi-dedicated server with our company. The hosting account will be administered through our in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to create email addresses with any domain name hosted there. To activate the catch-all option for a particular mailbox, you’ll need to click the logo with the same name, which will be to the right of each email address. Disabling this feature can be accomplished in the exact same fashion and will not take more than a click either. If the catch-all feature has already been activated for a specific domain name, you will receive a warning alert. The same is valid if the mailbox that you’d like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never deactivate or alter any feature automatically.
